The CrossCulture Program 2025 in Germany aims to strengthen human society by offering the best scholarship in Europe to professionals and active volunteers from 40 countries to work together in exchange thoughts and experiences. During this two to three month exchange program in Germany, participants work together with partner organizations under the help of international experts. Additionally, the exchange program provides participants with an opportunity to deepen their skills and abilities and strengthen the network by contacting other knowledgeable people from all over the world.

Eligibility Criteria
- Participant must be a citizen of the listed country.
- Participants from Germany can apply.
- Participants must be at least 23 years of age at the time of application.
- Participants must have at least two years of professional experience in community organizations in their country.
- Applicant must be fluent in English and knowledge of German is an advantage.
- Applicant must be in good health.
Coverage of CrossCulture Program 2025
The benefits of the CrossCulture Germany 2025 program:
- The IFA scholarship for international recipients covers the following costs:
- A monthly allowance of 650 euros .
- Return airfares.
- House rent.
- Monthly ticket for public transport within the residential area.
- Health insurance.
