MCW Young Leaders Fellowship Program 2025 in the United States is a leadership opportunity for people all over the world who want to help improve the lives of developing and disadvantaged areas. This fully financed leadership program will prepare young people to be change agents in their communities by instilling principles such as leadership development, global citizenship, self-awareness, and vision planning.
Additionally, the US Free Cash Transfer Program begins with a Community Needs Assessment that allows individuals to identify community needs. Also, they are trained to be transformative leaders in their communities and new tools and knowledge help young people assess society in a practical way. Why MCW Young Leaders Fellowship?
MCW Global provides some of the greatest learning and development opportunities for hard-working, enthusiastic, and motivated individuals. Further, with the goal of delivering local change via global interchange, the young minds are ready to collaborate with their peers in the team, guided by expert mentors. Also, the MCW Global Fellowship is divided into three primary parts: community need assessment, project planning, and alumni mentorship and assistance over the course of nearly a year.
Additionally, the international scholarship is fully funded by MCW and it is a non-profit organization created with the vision of improving the quality of education and health and increasing the economic security of communities around the world. The organization continues to strive to meet common needs by strengthening current youth leaders and preparing future leaders for this purpose.
Eligibility Criteria
- People between the ages of 18 and 26 can apply.
- Be loyal to the community.
- You can conduct a social needs assessment and identify social programs in education, health or financial security.
- English Language Skills (oral or written).
- Easy access to the Internet to connect with a global team of program students and mentors for the entire duration of the program.
- Follow the program instructions.
Coverage of MCW Young Leaders Fellowship 2025
- Global economy flight for international participants.
- Domestic flights for participants in the United States. Stay from the evening of July 14th to the month of July 2024, 2025.
- Three meals a day from July 15 to July 24, 2025.
- Also, travel from New York, NY to Burlington, Vermont and public transportation to/from JFK, LaGuardia and Newark airports.
