Financial Coverage of Deloitte One Young World Scholarships
Benefits for scholars will include the following:
- Participation in the One Young World Summit in Montreal in 2024 (depending on travel laws).
- Accommodation in a separate room for September 18, 19, and 21, 2024.
- Coverage for economy class travel costs to and from Montreal.
- The hotel provided breakfast, lunch, and supper that were catered throughout the Summit.
- Conveyance by ground between Summit locations.
- Participation with a designated Deloitte mentor in Deloitte-sponsored seminars for their delegation prior to and during the Summit.
Eligibility Criteria
- Age Range: Applicants must be between the ages of 18 and 30; however, older applicants who demonstrate exceptional initiative, participation, and personal impact may be given special consideration.
- Evidence of Commitment: Proven commitment to bringing about constructive change.
- Leadership Qualities: Shown ability to take on productive leadership responsibilities.
- Thorough Understanding: A command of important regional, national, and international concerns.
- Track Record: Demonstrated ability to provide creative and effective solutions for problems relating to education and skills-based concerns, as well as environmental and climate change issues.
All countries are welcome to apply, although the initiatives you suggest must be in areas where Deloitte has operations.
