TechWomen Leadership Program 2023 is a fully funded programme that aims to empower women throughout the world by providing opportunities for them to enter the IT field with increased morale, confidence, and training. Also, the fully-funded leadership programme in the United States intends to teach future generations of women and to identify the greatest female leaders from across the world. The TechWomen Emerging Leaders Program established in 2011 to support the United Nations’ aim of gender parity. Similarly, the extraordinary project spearheaded by the US Department of State Bureau of Education and Cultural Affairs and overseen by the Institute of International Education (IIE).

Eligibility Criteria
The following are the Fall 2023 TechWomen eligibility requirements:
- A applicant must have at least two years of professional STEM experience.
- Applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent.
- J-1 visa must be obtained by the candidate.
- A candidate must not be a citizen of the United States.
- Candidate’s command of the English language is required.
- Applicant must not be in possession of a valid US immigration visa.
- A applicant must be enthusiastic about science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.
Coverage of TechWomen Leadership Program 2023
The TechWomen programme will pay the following expenses for chosen participants:
- Round-trip plane ticket
- Airfare from San Francisco to Washington, D.C. on a domestic flight
- Hotel Accommodation in San Francisco or Sunnyvale, California Continue your stay in Washington, D.C.
- Meals and Miscellaneous
- Transportation in Public
- Domestic flights from Washington to San Francisco would be provided to a contender.
- Transportation to and from programme events.
