If interested, students must submit an individual scholarship application in addition to their entry application. Applicants must submit an online application in order to be considered for undergraduate admission to Alvernia University.

Up to an eight-semester maximum, scholarships may extend for up to four consecutive years at the same cost, including government support.

Eligibility Criteria

All approved foreign freshmen or transfer students who want to pursue an undergraduate degree on Alvernia University’s main Reading campus are eligible for scholarships.
Students attending regular school days can also obtain these monies.
Also, the terms and amounts of merit scholarships are unchangeable and can renew up to four times, or for up to eight semesters.
Applicants who currently possess financial prizes are not eligible for an Alvernia International Scholarship since they cannot combine with another award, such as a government scholarship.

By May 1st, 2024, you must have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0, satisfy the requirements for English proficiency, and be financially qualified.

Categories of Alvernia University Undergraduate Scholarships 2024

1. Presidential Grant

The Presidential grant provides a $20,000 annual grant to intellectually bright individuals who have shown extraordinary academic successes and impressive test scores each year, as well as pupils with the best worldwide rankings.

2. Trustees Scholarship

Every year, the Trustees Scholarship offers selected students a $23,000 grant in exchange for their ingenuity, inventiveness, and noteworthy experiences or achievements.

3. Veronica grant

Also, a $22,000 yearly grant provides by the Veronica grant to overseas students who exhibit leadership potential and a willingness to act as cultural ambassadors in the United States of Americas.

4. Achievement Award

8. Bernardine Scholarship

9. Dean’s Award

The Dean’s award ecipients with a cumulative GPA from their prior colleges between 3.0 and 3.24 are eligible to receive this $17,000 prize.

10. Transfer Scholarship

Students with an average GPA of 2.5 or 2.99 from prior institutions are eligible to apply for a $15,000 award from the university.

11. Academic Scholarship
